  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All tags and labels should be attached.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Return:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and the RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return:

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
